Your Love Guard Me Through The Night....

Tonight I Pray that the Lord Jesus will comfort everyone who has a lost a loved one.  That He will envelope them in His love and comfort them during this very hard time of mourning and show them there is hope in each rising of the sun when we put all of our trust in Him. I pray that He will use this difficult time to help them to grow stronger in your walk with the Lord Jesus.  That at the end of our life there is an entrance to heaven and that He is preparing us for it with each step of our day.  I pray that the certainty of your heavenly home will give you the peace and joy that you will need to make it on your journey.  That our Lord will lovingly hold your hand and never leave you or forsake you, even until the end of time.  That His timing is always perfect and He knows what is on the road ahead for each and every one of us.  That we never have to worry for He will equip us with everything that we need to make it through each day victoriously!!!  In Jesus name I pray, Amen and Amen…  I Love You All!!!  God bless you!!!

Its hard to believe its been four years since that awful day when the phone rang. Someone had ran my youngest son off the road while he was driving a motorcycle. Flying over the handlebars he snapped both of his femur bones and I can't imagine the pain. We thought we'd just get him casted and bring him home because there wasn't hardly a scratch elsewhere. But he had an allergic reaction to the fat emboli leaking from those breaks and it gave my 25 year old son a massive heart attack and just like that he was gone. Some days it feels like yesterday and some days the cold dark cloud of gloom overtakes me with any warning. Life gives us no guarantees and it pays to be ready. There are no explanations why bad things happen to God's people except for this. We live under a curse. This beautiful planet is now part of the curse when man fell in disobedience from God. Job said, "Though God slay me, yet will I trust Him." Easy to say but not always easy to live. So here's what I think. I feel that ere long I shall sit at the feet of the King of Kings and watch Him as he rises to feet. I will watch Him wave His mighty hand from the East to the West, and there I shall see Him reverse this awful curse. Death, sickness, and sadness will be no more as God wipes away the tears from every eye.

Oh Stan I am so sorry that you and your wife had to go through something so terrible!!! We do live in a fallen world, and as Christians we have to suffer with everyone else in this fallen world. But we have the blessed hope that someday we will be reunited with all of our loved ones that have gone home before us. Oh what a day that will be!!! We will have no more death and no more sorrow!!! I just can't wait! May our Father bless you and your family and fill you to overflowing with His joy in these last days, so that everyone who sees you will want what you have. God bless you Stan!!!
