Word of the Day... May 31, 2013

“The heart is more deceitful than all else
And is desperately sick;
Who can understand it? Jeremiah 17:9

I can’t tell you how many times I have talked to someone and they have told me that they are going to follow their heart.  Or they will say, in my heart I know it is the right thing to do. Yet the Bible tells us that the heart is devious and dishonest and it shouldn’t be trusted.

There are times when you do what you feel is right in your heart and everything turns out okay, and yet there are times when it turns out all wrong.  If you are solely relying upon your heart or your emotions, you are leaving yourself open for hurt and deception.  If you take what you feel in your heart and test it to the Word of God, you will be making choices that are built on a solid foundation.

After all “who can know the heart?” we as humans cannot.  Only God can.  God knows our hearts.  He is able to know why we do the things we do and the motives behind them. The Bible tells us that the Lord does not see as man sees; man looks at the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart.

I love this verse in Psalm 51:10-11

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

This is a good scripture to start off each day with.  To start with a clean heart and the Holy spirit within each of us.  That is a Simply Heavenly way to start each day!

Word of the Day... May 30, 2013

You will go out with joy
and be led forth with peace. Isaiah 55:12

Sometimes it is hard to find joy when you are stressed out, filled with worry about how you are going to pay your bills or get a job. The worry about your children and their future can sometimes be so fearful.  How do we Christians learn to live with  these joy stealers beating at our doors?

We need to visit Jesus.  To spend special time each day with Jesus and I don’t mean just reading the Word.  I mean visiting Jesus and trusting that He is at work in our lives. Knowing that He is in complete control.  He knows what is happening in our lives.  He is there in the beginning and He will bring everything to a conclusion in our lives that will result in Him having the greater glory in the end. Believe me when He gets the greater glory we always end up with a big smile on our face!!

Once we begin to learn how to rest in Jesus, then and only then can we begin to relax in the peace of the Lord.  It is then that we trust that everything is in God’s hands.

The pressure may be intense.  There are all these little things that are just outside the door just waiting to steal our joy in the Lord. We all need to remember that nothing can rob us of our peace and joy in the Lord without our permission.

We need to make the decision to stand on our faith in the Lord and keep our joy and our peace. Hold on tight to Jesus and we can find rest in Him no matter what the world throws at us.  God bless you!!!

The Word Always Fresh and Always Alive

The world is fading away, along with the things that people crave; but the one who does the will of God lives forever. 1 John 2:17

I have seen that everything [human] has its limits and end [no matter how extensive, noble, and excellent]; but Your commandment is exceedingly broad and extends without limits [into eternity].Psalm 119:96

Everything in this world has its limits: wealth, time, wisdom, opportunities and even physical life itself.  All of these things in the word are passing away.

There is one thing that has no limits at all and that is the Word of God. There are limits to everything human, But there are no limits with God. The Bible is the most amazing text.  There is always something new and fresh that we can learn each time we read the Word.

The Bible is full of infinite wisdom, because our infinite God inspired it, word for word. As you read it, the Lord will speak to you, help you, sometimes warn you, but always draw you close to Himself. So take comfort in His words, which are the one and only Truth.  Have a Simply Heavenly Wednesday!!!

Word of the Day... May 28, 2013

The world is too much with you, My child. Your mind leaps from problem to problem to problem, tangling your thoughts in anxious knots. When you think like that, you leave Me out of your world-view and your mind becomes darkened. Though I yearn to help, I will not violate your freedom. I stand silently in the background of your mind, waiting for you to remember that I am with you.

When you turn from your problems to My Presence, your load is immediately lighter. Circumstances may not have changed, but we carry your burdens together. Your compulsion to “fix” everything gives way to deep, satisfying connection with Me. Together we can handle whatever this day brings. ~Jesus Calling~

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”Isaiah 41:10

“The Lord your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.”
Zephaniah 3:17

A righteous man may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.Psalm 34:19

And My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven,
will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

Happy Memorial Day everyone!!!  On this day I would like us all to remember all of our nations warriors who fought and died for the freedom we hold so dear in the United States of America.  If you see a soldier take the time to thank them for their service. Let us all keep in mind that freedom is not free.

We thank God for the freedom we enjoy in what I believe is the greatest country on earth, the United States of America!

As we gather with family and friends, to picnic let’s remember also to pray that God will send a great revival to our country as well. We have never needed it more.

And remember to fly the Stars and Stripes!  God bless you!!!

Never take for granted My intimate nearness.  Marvel at the wonder of My continual Presence with you.  Even the most ardent human lover cannot be with you always.  Nor can another person know the intimacies of your heart, mind, and spirit.  I know everything about you even to the number of hairs on your head.  You don't need to work at revealing yourself to Me.

Many people spend a lifetime and a small fortune searching for someone who will understand them.  Yet I am freely available to all who call upon My Name, who open their hearts to receive Me as Savior.  This simple act of faith is the beginning of a life long love story.  I, the lover of your soul, understand you perfectly and love you eternally.

Word of the Day.....May 25, 2013

But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not
carry out the desire of the flesh. Galatians 5:16

Man is basically, a spirit living in a body, possessing a consciousness or mind.  My mind is either going to be controlled by fleshly desires or be controlled by spiritual desires.

If I am living after the flesh, giving into the passions and desires of my flesh, then the result of this will be that I have a carnal mind.

When we find that our minds are absorbed in the things of this world, it is important to take control and say, I don’t want to think on those things.  Get into the Bible or start singing a spiritual song that you love.  It is when we are walking in the Spirit that we will not fulfill the lusts of our flesh.  I hope you all have a Simply Heavenly Saturday!!!

I am such a proud Grandma today!!!  My grandson Alaka'i graduated from the fifth grade.

This year Alaka'i had the best teacher ever!  His name is Mr. Sutton and I believe that he changed my grandson's life. The last few years Alaka'i was bored and getting mediocre grades. But this year he had Mr. Sutton.  This is a man who LOVES what he does and it shows in all of his students!  They loved going to his class this year.  In Mr. Suttons class questions were encouraged.  He told his class that there was no such thing as a "stupid" question and he believed the whole class benefited from these questions. Alaka'i especially like the music he played while they worked. I have to say I watched my grandson go from a mediocre student to a straight "A" student who loved going to school!

I had to ask myself why the other teachers he had didn't foster this love for learning.  In the previous two years he seemed to be overloaded with busy work.  He was bored and hated going to school.  I just have to say to the teachers that claimed it was Alaka'i 's fault that they should check themselves and see where the true deficiency is.  How a young man can go from  mediocre grades to straight "A"s speaks volumes to me.

I think that being a teacher is more of a calling than a job.  If you don't absolutely love getting up every morning and going to your classrooms and molding these beautiful young people, then perhaps you should consider employment elsewhere. To be a teacher is an awesome responsibility. If an teacher doesn't love what they are doing they can do great damage to a child's feeling self worth.  Children remember who were their best teachers and who were their worst.  The mediocre ones just fade away.

Alaka'i will never forget Mr. Sutton and the valuable lessons he learned in his classroom.  That if he isn't sure, it is okay to ask a question.  That learning is something we will do all of our lives.  He is looking forward to moving on to middle school.  Great Job Alaka'i we are all so very proud of you!!!

Special Time With Jesus

Spending time alone with Me is essential for your well-being. It is not a luxury or an option; it is a necessity. Therefore, do not feel guilty about taking time to be with me. Remember that Satan is the accuser of believers. He delights in heaping guilt feelings upon you, especially when you're enjoying My Presence. When you feel Satan's arrows of accusation, you are probably on the right track. Use your shield of faith to protect yourself from him. Talk with Me about what you are experiencing, and asked Me to show you the way forward. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to Me and I will come near to you. ~ Jesus Calling~

Word of the Day..... May 24, 2013

They also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven.” Acts 1:11
The Resurrection of Jesus Christ is the key to God's plan for the future. Unless Christ was raised from the dead, there can be no future kingdom and no returning King. Unless Christ was raised from the dead, sin and death still reign, and God's plan of redemption remains on unfulfilled. But Jesus Christ has been raised!

We know that Jesus arose from the dead. There were people who saw Him, ate with Him, and touched Him. So we can know that just as surely as Christ arose from the dead and conquered death, so He will return and take us to Himself.

Can you imagine what it was like to be a disciple and stand there and watch Jesus ascended into the heavens! Having the Angels came back and assure them that the risen Christ would someday be returning to earth, the same way that they saw him go up (Acts 1:11).

Every beautiful morning when I open my eyes, I find myself thinking that today could be the day that Jesus could call us home.  All of the prophecy has been fulfilled and I know that someday very soon, every promise that the Lord made to us will be fulfilled, without exception! People get ready, Jesus is coming!  God bless you!!! :):)♥

20 Simply Heavenly Uses For Everyday Herbs.....

It was so exciting to find this post online.  I am always on the look out for healthy natural ways to take care of my skin and body. This is truly a Simply Heavenly EcoSalon! A big thank you to Alin Erman and her blog from her Glow Kitchen!!!

More than just a garnish.
Take these 10 herbs and you’ve got yourself 20 different ways to tackle everyday issues, from keeping mice away to treating the common cold. This list gives you reason to chew shamelessly on fresh tarragon leaves, re-establish Mojito Monday, and pass up your expensive and toxic perfume for slightly green-tinted wrists. Enjoy!

Toothache Treatment
Back in the day, Greeks used to chew on tarragon to numb their mouths from toothache. Instead of reaching for a painkiller, try easing the pain the natural way. If anything, at least your breath will be refreshed!
Internal Cleanser
Clean yourself from the inside out with tarragon. Tarragon consumption has been linked to increased bile production, which contributes to the elimination of toxins from the body. Tarragon is packed with tannins, bitters terpenes, flavonoids and coumarin, which are the backbone to its cleansing properties.

Mojito Makin’
Make a mint mojito with a kombucha base. With or without alcohol, the herb is the star of this show stopping drink.

Keep Mice Away
Despite our predilection for the fresh aroma of mint, mice beg to differ. They despise the smell mint so much, they will avoid all areas – even a block of cheese – where mint is scattered.

Natural Perfume
According to mythology, the goddess of love Aphrodite grew marjoram. Because of this, marjoram has been used in many a love potion. Take fresh marjoram leaves and rub them on your wrists and behind your ears. The aroma is sweet and light but with a spicy edge that makes it fitting for both males and females.
Bone Building

Marjoram offers some 520% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin K, making it one of the richest herbal sources of the vitamin. Vitamin K contributes to healthy bones and preventing the onset of osteoporosis.

Mosquito Deterrent
Rosemary is a great way to turn an itchy Summer evening into a bug-free one. Grow rosemary in your garden or near an area of your porch where you like to entertain guests or hang out most. Mosquitoes are averse to rosemary and will stay clear.

Hair Rinse
Rosemary has been associated with hair re-growth and strengthening as well as the elimination of dandruff. Boil a handful of rosemary leaves in two cups of water, let the water cool, and then rinse your hair with the rosemary-infused liquid.

Common Cold Fighter
Oregano is an effective treatment for the treatment of colds and to relieve sinus pressure. Oil of oregano, which is available at most health stores, is especially effective. Place a few drops under the tongue or place 2-3 drops in a glass of water or juice before drinking. The oil drains sinuses and reduces inflammation.

UTI Treatment
Oregano has anti-microbial properties that can fight off E-Coli, the bacteria responsible for urinary tract infections. Oregano oil is the most potent forms of this treatment.

Lung Booster
Thyme contains an oil called thymol that acts as an antiseptic and disinfectant. Add a sprig of thyme to hot water with honey and lemon for a soothing drink that prevents bronchitis and clears lung passageways with each sip.

Household Cleaner
Because of thyme’s disinfectant properties, the herb can be used to clean around the house in place of toxic, harsh chemical cleaners. Brew fresh thyme in water. Mix water with a light, vegetable-based soap and pour into a spray bottle. Use the liquid to clean kitchen and bathroom surfaces.

Fatigue Support
Basil is known to help treat adrenal fatigue. Place a few drops of basil oil on clothing to carry the effects with you all day or include some fresh basil at mealtime for a pick-me-up.

Acne Treatment
Because of its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, basil is great for combating acne. Steep fresh basil leaves in hot water for 20-30 minutes. Let the water cool and use a cotton ball to apply the basil-infused liquid to acne-prone areas on your skin.

Headache Healer
Coriander is regarded as a natural way to help get rid of a headache. Grind coriander leaves to release their juices and rub the paste on your forehead to relieve an aching headache. Or, sleep with a coriander leaf on your pillow.

Immunity Strengthener
Coriander leaves are packed with magnesium, potassium, and fiber. Eat coriander regularly and you will surely boost your overall immunity.

Dark Under-Eye Circle Remover
Crushed parsley is a great remedy for ridding dark circles under the eyes. Parsley contains vitamin C, chlorophyll, and vitamin K and many other active compounds that cause it to reduce inflammation and tighten and lighten the skin.
Breath Freshener
Chew on parsley after dinner, especially if garlic was involved, to remove the stink and leave behind a fragrant and pleasing scent.
Memory Booster
Saffron contains a compound called “crocin” that contributes to faster learning and better memory retention. This is especially helpful for those with age-related mental impairments.
A little goes a long way with saffron. Whether it’s to color a grain dish red or even stain fabrics, adding saffron to the mix will ensure a dark rosy tint. This is a much better option than the overused red 20 coloring, which is derived from crushing red ants.

Word of the Day.... May 22, 2013

Take the time to be still in my Presence. The more hassled you feel, the more you need this sacred space of communion with Me. Breathe slowly and deeply. Relax in My holy Presence all My Face shines upon you.  This is how you received My Peace, which I always proffer to you.

Imagine the pain I feel when My children tie themselves up in anxious knots, ignoring My gift of Peace. I died a criminal’s death to secure this blessing for you. Receive it gratefully; hide it in your heart. My Peace is an inner treasure, growing within you as you trust in Me. Therefore circumstances cannot touch it. Be still, enjoying the Peace in My Presence.     ~Jesus Calling~

Word of the Day.... May 21, 2013 All Other Ground Is Sinking Sand......

Therefore let anyone who thinks he stands
take heed that he does not fall. 1 Corinthians 10:12
Have you ever gone to the beach and had a big wave come and pull the sand out from under your feet and take you along with it and you are at the mercy of that wave and its power?  It is a scary thing to go through.  That is why I am so glad that I have Jesus.

There is an old song that we sang in church on Sunday that speaks perfectly how faith in Jesus Christ is a strong foundation for our faith.
My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus' blood and righteousness;
I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
But wholly lean on Jesus' name.
On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand;
All other ground is sinking sand.

When we sing songs like this one that is so familiar we just sing the words without truly thinking about what we are singing.  The lyrics are powerful and when we go through something hard in our lives we can stand on our faith in Jesus Christ and not sink into depression or lose hope.

When darkness veils His lovely face,
I rest on His unchanging grace;
In every high and stormy gale
My anchor holds within the veil.
On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand;
All other ground is sinking sand.

This verse of the song had real meaning in my life.  I will never forget the day that my doctor called me at home to tell me that I had lung cancer.  I felt the sand shifting below my feet and I felt as if I had no hope.  I fell to my knees and called out to Jesus.

At that moment my world changed forever.  Jesus was the rock that I would cling to for the next several months as I went through surgery and a summer of chemotherapy.

His oath, His covenant, and blood
Support me in the whelming flood;
When every earthly prop gives way,
He then is all my Hope and Stay.
On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand;
All other ground is sinking sand.

I have to honestly tell you that chemotherapy was something that was horrible and scary, but it was also where the Lord showed me His power.  Jesus carried me through that summer when I was too weak to care for myself.  In the midst of chemotherapy as I could feel the poison burning into my veins, He filled me to overflowing with a joy I had never felt!  It completely overwhelmed me.  He has never left me and He has been teaching me to rest in Him and that it is very possible to feel real joy in the midst of suffering.

When He shall come with trumpet sound,
Oh, may I then in Him be found,
Clothed in His righteousness alone,
Faultless to stand before the throne!
On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand;
All other ground is sinking sand.

I just had a check- up with my Oncologist and in September I will reach my four year lung cancer free status.  As we were looking at my CT scans he was pointing out how the chemo had damaged my brain, liver and my kidneys.  I am happy to report as of this last check–up my liver and kidneys have started to regenerate and normalize. I give all of the praise and glory to the Lord Jesus Christ Who is the solid Rock on which I stand.  Whether it’s convenient for you to believe that He is coming soon or not, He is coming.  We do not know the day or the hour but none of us know when our own lives will end.  We do know the season, and ready or not, He will come.  I know I’m ready, are you?

Word of the Day.... May 20, 2013

But I do not consider my life of any account as dear to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify solemnly of the gospel of the grace of God. Acts 20:24

Just imagine that you are in a track meet and you are running the mile.  You are so far out in front of everyone else that you know that without a doubt that you are going to get first place.
As you continue to pass everyone, you begin to think why should I even bother finishing this race, I am going to win anyway.  I think I will just go home now.

Would you win the race if you did that?  No you wouldn’t win. you wouldn’t even place and you wouldn’t win a trophy.  You would be disqualified because you didn’t finish the race.

It is like that in our walk with Jesus.  There are so many times that we just want to go home.  To give up.  We simply can’t do that.  We need to keep our eyes on the prize and finish the race.  Share the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ with everyone right up until the time that the Lord calls us home and we cross His finish line!

That is why the apostle Paul, when he was leaving the elders of Ephesus, said in his departure speech, "But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God" (Acts 20:24).

As Christians that is what we should be aiming for.  Not to just finish the race, but to win it!!!  This is not the time that we should be easing up.  We are at the time in the race where we should be picking up our pace, to really pour it on and run our race with Jesus all the way across that finish line for the win!!!

I know it is Monday and I hope all of you are Blessed and have a Simply Heavenly day!!!

Word of the Day... May 19, 2013

For since He Himself was tempted in that which He has suffered,He is able to come to the aid of those who are tempted. Hebrews 2:18

Last night I was watching the Passion and I realized when I saw Him praying in the Garden that He was experiencing real human emotions.  Even though He was fully God and fully man He had the limitations that come with the flesh and living in a fallen world.

This made me love my Savior even more than I did before.  He really knows what we are going through.  He got hungry, sleepy, lonely and weary.  Jesus felt the pressure of temptation just as we do, but He never sinned.

Why is that so important for us as Christians to remember?  Because Jesus wants us to  know that we follow a God who knows exactly what we are going through! After He finished fasting for forty days in the wilderness, Satan came and tried to tempt Him.  Jesus gave us the best example to follow, the Word of God.  He quoted it back to Satan and in the end Satan had to flee from Him.

Jesus could have with a glance destroyed Satan.  But He didn’t use His powers or Angels or any other supernatural power.  He stood on the Word of God. Jesus was giving us a lesson to follow.

So when you are tempted, you also need to have Scripture stored in your mind and heart to deflect the blows of the devil. Put on the full armor of God. When you have memorized Scripture, when you have gotten it ingrained in your memory banks, it is there to use during times of temptation. We too can stand on the power of the Word of God and resist the devil and he will flee from you ( James 4:7).

I hope that you all have a blessed and Simply Heavenly Sunday!!! God bless you!!!

Imagine There's No Heaven? That Would Truly Be Hell!!!

This is a powerful word from my friend Paul.  As a Beatle fan when I was younger it really got me to thinking…  I cannot imagine a world without my Jesus in it.  I feel like John really missed the mark.  It isn’t about being religious, it is all about having a real loving relationship with Jesus Christ!!!

Paul Fry : Imagine there's no heaven. It's easy if you try. No hell below us. Above us only sky. We turned on CNN to see what kind of New Year's celebration they were promoting. Imagine there's no countries. It isn't hard to do. Nothing to kill or die for. And no religion too. They were playing John Lennon's song "imagine" Imagine all the people living for today, living life in peace. It is truly sad and pathetic what many people have been brainwashed into believing.

If only the world had one government, if only the world had no religion or one all encompassing religion in which there are no absolute truths ; but everyone is free to believe as they see fit; if only private property rights were abolished; then everyone could share equally and nobody would lack. The list goes on and on. What John Lennon describes as utopia in his song; the Bible describes as Tribulation.

A one world government headed by the Antichrist; a one world religion headed up by the false prophet; an economic system controlled by the Antichrist in which people will not be able to buy or sell without declaring their allegiance to the Antichrist and dooming themselves to eternal separation from a LOVING CREATOR who did everything HIMSELF to save HIS creation from death and separation.

John Lennon once said that the Beatles were more "popular" than JESUS CHRIST and judgmental people said that GOD allowed John Lennon to be shot and killed for his statement ; when in reality JESUS CHRIST LOVES John Lennon; JESUS took every one of John Lennon's sins and paid the price of punishment in HIS own body for them; willing to lovingly exchange HIS perfect righteousness for our sins. Only GOD knows what John Lennon was thinking, believing, or praying with his last breath. I pray that it was not "imagine there's no heaven."

Word of the Day... May 18, 2013

To live in My Presence consistently, you must expose and expel your rebellious tendencies.  When something interferes with your plans or desires, you tend to resent the interference.  Try to become aware of each resentment,  however petty it may seem.  Don’t push those unpleasant feelings down; instead, let them come to the surface where you can deal with them.  Ask My Spirit to increase your awareness of resentful feelings.  Bring them boldly into the light of My Presence, so I can free you from them.

The ultimate solution to rebellious tendencies is submission to My authority over you.  Intellectually you rejoice in My sovereignty, without which the world would be a terrifying place.  But when My sovereign will encroaches on your little domain of control, you often react with telltale resentment.

The best response to losses or thwarted hopes is praise; The Lord gives and the Lord takes away.  Blessed be the name of the Lord.  Remember that all good things – your possessions, your family and friends, your health and abilities, your time – are gifts from Me.  Instead of feeling entitled to all these blessings, respond to them with gratitude.  Be prepared to let go of anything I take from you, but never let go of My hand!!! ~Jesus Calling~

Word of the Day... May 17, 2013

For the person who keeps all of the laws except one,
is as guilty as a person who has broken all of God's laws.   James 2:10

There was only one person for all time that walked the earth and never ever sinned.  His name was Jesus.  Every other human being on the face of the earth has fallen short and sinned.

We have broken all of the laws of God.  From telling lies, stealing, losing our temper,  hating someone, taking God’s name in vain, lusting after someone, or maybe there is an idol you worship.  Many people don’t realize that an idol is anything or anyone or anything  you love  or spend more time on then you do with God.  Maybe you have committed murder or even adultery.  The Bible tells us that if we stumble on one point of the law that we are guilty of it all.

I can honestly tell you that I have totally blown it.   I believe that God gave us these laws to illustrate to us our need for a Savior.  It is impossible to keep all of these laws.  That is why I am so thankful that God love us enough to send His only Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross and cover our sin with His blood.

Someday very soon we will all stand before the Lord.  When we do if we are Christians He will not see our sin.  He will see the shed blood of His Son Jesus instead. The Bible says, "He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross" (Colossians 2:14). What that means is Jesus took the penalty of the commandments that say, "The person who sins is the one who will die" (Ezekiel 18:20). He died in our place and absorbed God's wrath that should have come upon me and upon you.

Maybe there are sins that you have committed that you need to repent of. Run don’t walk to the open arms of Jesus Christ.  God will forgive you, but you need to take the first step and admit your sin and ask Him to forgive you.  Don’t make excuses for your sin.  Those won’t save you only Jesus will .  The Bible tells us that if we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins  and to cleanse us from all wickedness" (1 John 1:9).

Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.” 4 “How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second into their mother’s womb to be born!” 5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. 6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. John 3:3-6
If you want a new life in Christ Jesus, ask Him into your heart today.  Simply pray this:  Lord Jesus Christ, I believe that you took the pain of the cross to give me new life. I ask you to come into my heart and to give me your peace and joy. I confess that I am a sinner that I have gone my own way and have done wrong. Please forgive me for my sins. I receive you now as my Lord and Savior. Please fill me with your Holy Spirit. Help me to follow you and to serve you all my life. Thank you, in Jesus name I pray, Amen.  If you prayed that prayer you are a new creature in Christ Jesus!  You are Born Again!
