Word of the Day... January 2, 2013

Relax in My healing Presence.  As you spend time with Me, your thoughts tend to jump ahead to today’s plans and problems.  Bring your mind back to ME for refreshment and renewal.  Let the light of MY Presence soak into you, as you focus your thoughts on Me.  Thus I equip you to face whatever the day brings.  This sacrifice of time pleases Me and strengthens you.  Do not skimp on our time together.  Resist the clamor of tasks waiting to be done.  You have chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from you.  ~Jesus Calling~

I really love these scriptures.  As we begin a New Year the Lord is teaching all of us to come back and refresh and rejuvenate ourselves in Him.  Not to rush our time with Him to take on the cares of this world. That when we take the time to be with Him and focus our thoughts on Him, He tells us that He will bathe us in the light of His presence and equip us for whatever the day may bring.  Winning!!!  No spa at any price could renew and rejuvenate us like this!!!  So as we start back to work this week, let’s all take time out every day to renew ourselves in the love and the light of Jesus Christ.  Have a Simply Heavenly day and may God bless you!!!  :):)
